Fill Out "The NACTI Application Form" BELOW
Enter your information below honestly and correctly. Then BELOW the Application Form is a Link to submit your Contribrution of $100 for BASIC Membership wit h a payment for of your choice.

Book a ConSoultation to Receive instructions on how to become a Ceremonial Facilitator or open your own NACTI Church Branch.

Wait For Us To Contact You By Email Or Phone
Once the application has been submitted and a contribrution has been made you will receive your Digital ID, which is your proof of enrollment, sent to the email address you provided along with church legal documents.

Please have patience as we go through our new membership applications and get to yours!

If you would like a Hard Copy of your ID please go to https://www.customlanyard.net/pvc-custom-id-cards or OfficeMax etc and have yours printed. We do not print pvc cards. Currently the demand for NACTI Enrollment ID's is VERY HIGH. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
